"I have a 2003 raptor 660 and last summer had to do some major work to it i went to the local dealer here in town and was not very impressed the had very few of the parts i needed and told me i would be looking at a 3 month wait to have it ordered in so my buddy who had just bought a bike from you guys gave me the number and i called you had everything i needed and it was shipped the next day i was very impressed with the parts person i spoke to when i buy my next quad i will definatly be coming to riverside"

"Although I never purchased my quad from them I have ordered parts for them. I broke my axle on my 06 king quad and ordered it from a local dealer. it took 6months to come in?? last weekend it was lent out and was in a wreck, so yesterday I called riverside and all my parts were in stock and shipped out the same day, today i got a call and all my parts are already in! Heather in parts was really good to speak with and they put our local dealer to shame, they will not be getting any more visits from me. thanks"

"I went to a few other shops before going to The Riverside in St. Albert and found that the costumer service around town didnt really sell me anything in their speech. With me being a woman, most people didnt even approach me and I felt like leaving right away with out even looking at what they had to offer. When I walked in the Door at Riverside, a salesman named Greg, came up to me fairly quick, asked me what brought me to The shop, and right away filled me in on all the information I needed. Not only did he tell me about the Sled I was interested in, but told me about special promotions going on in the shop, informed me about Warranties, gave me his card and said the " we will take care of you." I felt the with the service i got there was amazing, and he could have probably talked me into buying anything in that store. I did end up purchasing a 2006 Yamaha Nytro and over all pleased that I walked into Riverside. "

"Riverside (Danny) sold me my '03 1100 V-Star Classic. Danny spent all the time I needed to assure me that this is bike a woman could handle well. He was perfect in his sales manner. Totally knowledgable, respectful of a womans' limited knowledge,educated me tactfully,was very friendly, as he took the time to tell me of his life experiences with riding motorcycles, and was just right with leaving me to make my final decisions. In the several times I have returned to the dealership for accessories, parts, service, etc. I am always greeted by all staff and treated with absolute courtesy! I live to ride my bike these days! "Your Service and Staff is "secont to none". The attentions I have received at anytime that I was needing it since I purchased my 2008 Vector has been amazing! My first owned Yamaha was a 1970 338, I still run my 1971 GP 396 on special occasions for a Vintage Sled Race. My 1972 GP 433-I rode to death and so on. I have owned many sleds and dirt bikes and love all my Yamaha's and can't seem to part with them. I have passed that love on to my son and grandson's..So I want to say "THANKS FOR YOU"
