Full-Time Parts Technician

• Duties include selling spare and replacement parts, answering telephones, advising customers on use and appropriateness of goods or parts, answering customer inquiries, handling cash transactions, and setting up displays of retail parts.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced enviroment, and work well under pressure.
• Position involves standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Also requires significant use of memory, and the willingness to continuously learn about new products and processes.
• Must be proficient at reading text, document use, must have good verbal communication, have the ability to work well with others in a team environment. Must be able to problem solve, use critical thinking to find information, and the ability to follow instructions. Keyboarding skills is an asset.
